About Grow to Flow OT

Hi, I’m Rosie, the occupational therapist behind Grow to Flow OT. I am passionate about supporting children and families to feel confident, capable, and understood in their everyday lives.
I provide mobile, community-based occupational therapy, working with children in the places where they learn, play, and live — home, school, and community environments.
I work closely with families to provide practical, meaningful strategies that support children’s development, confidence, and participation in everyday life.
I have undertaken additional training and ongoing professional development across a range of areas that support my practice with children and families. This includes trauma-informed practice, sensory integration, nervous system regulation, DIR/Floortime, feeding assessment and intervention, toileting independence, PDA-informed approaches, and goal-directed motor skill development. I continue to build my knowledge in these areas to ensure my work remains responsive, practical, and aligned with current evidence-informed practice.
The name Grow to Flow comes from the idea of flow state — when a child is regulated, engaged, and fully present in what they are doing. These are the moments where participation feels easier, and connection, play, and learning can happen more naturally.

In my occupational therapy practice, I support children to build the foundations that help them access these moments more often, and to strengthen their skills once this is achieved.
When a child feels safe and connected, growth follows — through meaningful participation in everyday life.

We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land where we work and live, the Birpai people, and pay our respects to Elders past and present. This land always was, and always will be Aboriginal land.
